The Unusual Space is a recognized Startup Visa Facilitator in the Netherlands, offering a one-year Facilitation Program to startups in the Netherlands. This Facilitation program includes the application and establishment process of the startup in the Netherlands, as well as custom mentorship, guidance, events, and networking opportunities throughout the program.

The Unusual Space Mentorship Program
The Unusual Space was once an international startup trying to find its way in the Netherlands. So, we have learned exactly all of the challenges that startups might face during their first year in the country. We understand that each startup is unique and faces niche challenges for which they require guidance. We have set up our Mentorship Program for exactly this reason.
The Unusual Space Mentorship Program, as part of the Facilitation Program, offers startups a choice of 11 different mentorship sessions to choose from, hosted by our very own in-house specialists. Here’s a list of our mentorship sessions:

How Does the Unusual Space Mentorship Program Work?
Throughout the Facilitation Program, startups will have close contact with the Facilitation Director, Chantelle Noël Alberts, who will guide them through the entire sessions. She will arrange monthly or bi-monthly one-on-one sessions to discuss current challenges the startup is facing, or areas of interest of the startups. Based on the discussion recommendations of mentorship sessions will be given. The Facility Director will then arrange with the mentors for mentorship sessions based on the startups’ needs.
