Yavuz Selim Yasar, a Turkish citizen, hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Kocaeli University, a Master's in Marketing from Bahçeşehir University, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from Yildiz Technical University.

Previously, he served as a Senior Project Manager at the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency in Istanbul and as a Science, Innovation and Technology Advisor at the Netherlands Innovation Network, where he facilitated international business development and collaboration between Dutch and Turkish ecosystems.

As the Business Development Manager at Unusual Enterprise in Utrecht, Yavuz has significantly contributed to revenue growth and offered consultancy to companies expanding to the Netherlands.

With extensive experience in business development, European market expansion, partnership strengthening, and start-up consultancy, Yavuz has successfully assisted numerous ventures in navigating the Dutch business landscape over the past five years.

Chantelle, with dual Dutch and South African citizenship, is experienced in driving marketing activities, content development and performance marketing strategies for businesses aiming to establish and grow in the Netherlands.

She handles administrative and operational tasks, contributes to strategic decision-making, and supports business development activities. Chantelle's diverse experience includes roles as an Facility Director, Executive Associate, Executive Assistant, Account Executive, Marketing Executive, Treasurer, and Research Assistant.

She holds degrees in International Studies and International Relations and holds a Master's in Security Studies from the University of Pretoria.

She has completed additional cybersecurity, security governance, and conflict resolution courses from the University of Amsterdam. Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with Dutch working proficiency, Chantelle's international experience and educational background make her an invaluable asset in guiding foreign entrepreneurs and startups in new markets.

Enes Sahin is a Turkish growth marketing and UX professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Anadolu University. He has successfully transitioned from traditional media to the fast-paced world of digital marketing and development.

Starting his career at leading tech partners such as SAP, Microsoft, and Google, Enes gained deep expertise in tech-driven marketing strategies. At Unusual Growth Agency in the Netherlands, he quickly advanced from UX Developer to Team Lead, focusing on startup growth through user experience design, SEO, performance marketing, marketing automation, and lead generation.

His strong B2B marketing background within the tech sector highlights his adaptability and comprehensive grasp of evolving media landscapes.

Outside of work, Enes enjoys photography and chess—hobbies that sharpen his creativity and strategic thinking. Driven by innovation and a forward-looking mindset, he consistently delivers value in the competitive startup ecosystem.

Seçkin, an accomplished serial entrepreneur and lecturer, founded the Unusual Enterprise group in 2016, which includes Usual Investments B.V., Unusual Payroll, and Unusual Companies, along with B2Press, an online PR service, and Unusual Growth Agency, an R&D and Growth Marketing Company.

He has been sharing his expertise in Web Development, Digital Entrepreneurship, User Experience Design, and Information Technologies as a lecturer at Kadir Has University since 2016 and previously taught at Istanbul University’s Department of Public Relations and Publicity from 2010 to 2016.

Seçkin holds a Ph.D. in Digital Media Communications, an MA in New Media Technologies, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Before his entrepreneurial ventures, he was the Head of Digital and Managing Partner at A&B Communications in Istanbul from 2010 to 2015, and he started his career as a designer and freelance photographer. Additionally, he co-founded a global Philanthropic Search Engine, working there from December 2010 to January 2018. Through his diverse education and professional experiences, Seçkin Canan embodies innovation and creativity, significantly contributing to the academic and entrepreneurial landscapes. 

Amrit Singh is a Dutch (tax) lawyer with a Master’s Degree in Fiscal Law from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. He specializes in assisting small- to medium-sized companies with their global operations. Larger multinationals have also found their way to Amrit.

With previous experience in a Dutch law firm and the Big4, Amrit has significant experience in guiding and assisting startups, including guiding startups with the corporate structure, investments, finances, legal matters, and more.

Since 2021, Amrit has also been the CFO at Breachlock, a Dutch-based cybersecurity startup. He has guided the company with its international expansion’s first round of funding and will be fully involved until the exit. Considering the above experiences, Amrit is a great startup knowledge centre.
