The Unusual Space is an officially recognized Startup Visa Facilitator in the Netherlands. The Unusual Space is also a physical Facility, specially designed for entrepreneurs, self-employed, and innovators to come together in an inspiring space to collaborate.

The Unusual Space offers everything you have come to expect from a modern and flexible working space. This includes a co-working space in a café-style space, postboxes, dedicated desks, rentable offices, and events space.

Its prestigious location is also a noteworthy feature of The Unusual Space. It’s conveniently located in the center of Utrecht, close to public transport and easily located. The Unusual Space sits right on the Oudegracht, spoiling members with a breathtaking view of the canals- the perfect location to find inspiration.

What are The Unusual Space Meeting Rooms?

In The Unusual Space Facility in Utrecht, there are two different meeting rooms available for rental by The Unusual Space members.

Both meeting rooms have all the amenities expected from a prestigious meeting space, including free wifi, air-conditioning, and screens.

When renting a meeting room you also have the option to receive catering or refreshments from our in-house barista, to be enjoyed in the meeting room or at the on-site café space.

• The small meeting room seats up to 4 people for €25 per hour

• The large meeting room seats up to 6 people for €45 per hour

How to Book One of The Unusual Space Meeting Rooms?

To reserve one of The Unusual Space Meeting Rooms, or to make use of the other amenities offered by the Facility, you must first become a member of The Unusual Space. The membership packages start at €145 per month, which includes free access to the co-working area 5 days a week.
